Day 1 is all about outlining the core message of your program, giving it a compelling name, and choosing the correct delivery model for your stage of business.

Outlining Your Program - We’ll clearly define WHO you best serve, WHAT PROBLEM your program solves, and HOW you solve that problem.
Naming Your Program - You’ll name or rename your program so it speaks to your best buyer's biggest desired outcome. Clear and compelling equals more sales.
Choosing Your Model - Should you deliver your program 1-1, in a group, or via a course? Or maybe all three? There are some important decisions for which to do first.

Problem-Solution Mapping

During Day 2, we’ll brainstorm a list of bonus ideas that will strategically make your offer stand out as THE problem-solving solution of choice. Bonus creation is one of the most misunderstood elements of making an offer. Get it wrong and your sales and reputation will suffer.

About Jon Schumacher

Hello and thank you for considering Profitable Online Programs.

I primarily work with coaches, consultants, professionals, and course sellers helping them create or optimize their online offers and sales webinars.

I’ve worked with over 300 clients across 30+ industries and more than 2,300 students have gone through my online programs.

I’m a father, a husband, and a sports nut. I still hold 20-year-old high school sports records.

You won’t see pictures of me with a Lamborghini, I drive a paid-off Jeep. You won’t see pictures of me on the beach with supermodels, my wife would kill me.

I’m a semi-regular, somewhat sane person like many of you. I do this work for my freedom. I do this kind of work to support my wife and son. And I do this kind of work for the slightly more noble reason of helping others like you.
